Namets! (Yummy!) is a full-length digital feature film in Hiligaynon, one of 10 finalists to the 2008 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival. It was directed by Jay Abello, who in 2007 directed the Cinemalaya film Ligaw Liham, shot entirely in Negros Occidental. Namets! continues his ongoing project to tell the story of his home province, Negros Occidental.
Namets! is produced by Cinemalaya in cooperation with Bonfire Productions, 7th Films, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, the Film Development Council of the Philippines, and Roadrunner.
